Browder Painting Company, Inc. is seeking full-time and part-time Painters to prepare surfaces, apply paint, and perform related tasks for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. What You Will Be Doing
- Preparing surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks.
- Mixing and matching paint to achieve the desired color and texture.
- Applying paint using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Installing and removing scaffolding and ladders as needed.
- Cleaning and maintaining painting equipment.
- Adhering to safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
- Working both interior and exterior surfaces as required.
What We Are Looking For
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in painting (preferred but not required—training provided).
- Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
