Key Responsibilities
You will play a key role in the daily flow and first impressions at our club. Your primary focus will be on guest service and the upkeep of our outside facilities.
- Meet and greet all arriving guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
- Efficiently manage the golf cart fleet, including staging, cleaning, fueling, and rotating carts to ensure uniform use and readiness.
- Operate and maintain the driving range, which involves collecting and washing range balls, organizing baskets, and keeping the area tidy.
- Keep all outside service areas—including cart paths and staging zones—uncluttered, neat, and attractive.
- Assist the golf shop with tournament setups and other event-related tasks as needed.
- Follow all opening and closing procedures for the cart and range operations to ensure a smooth daily transition.
Qualifications
We are looking for a dependable individual who is eager to learn and contribute to our team environment.
- You must be at least 16 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work with minimal supervision are essential.
- You must have flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- This is a physically active role requiring the ability to stand for 6-8 hours and frequently lift and carry items weighing up to 70 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills and a neat, well-groomed appearance are required to meet our club’s standards.
