Key Responsibilities
You will be an essential part of our daily production, ensuring our gourmet products meet the highest standards. Your key duties will include:
- Operating various production machinery for tasks such as bottling olive oil, blending condiments, and packing finished goods.
- Hand-sorting, processing, and packing table olives with care and attention to detail.
- Performing cleaning, sanitization, and changeover tasks on equipment and production lines to maintain impeccable hygiene standards.
- Supporting the smooth and safe operation of the production line, working collaboratively with the team to meet daily targets.
- Conducting quality checks throughout the process to ensure every product reflects our commitment to excellence.
- Assisting with general warehouse and production duties, including safe manual handling of ingredients and finished products.
Qualifications
We are looking for a team player who shares our passion for quality and collaboration. The ideal candidate will have:
- A positive, reliable, and proactive attitude with a genuine enthusiasm for working with food.
- Physical fitness and the ability to safely perform manual tasks, including lifting items of 15kg or more.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to carefully follow production and safety procedures.
- The capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with operating and learning about production machinery.
- Experience in food production, manufacturing, or a similar hands-on role is highly regarded. A Food Handling Certificate is a bonus.
- A forklift licence is desirable but not essential for application.
