Key Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our logistics, with a diverse set of tasks that keep our business moving smoothly. Your core duties will include:

• Accurately picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders to meet our strict delivery timelines and uphold our service standards.
• Safely unloading incoming containers and meticulously checking stock against delivery manifests to ensure accuracy.
• Operating warehouse equipment, including work-assist vehicles and lift trucks, with a steadfast commitment to safety protocols.
• Helping maintain perfect stock accuracy through tasks like replenishment, barcoding, labelling, and conducting quality checks on products.
• Using our warehouse management system (Cin7) to track inventory movements and assist with stock management.
• Playing a key role in keeping our workspace clean, organised, and safe for everyone on the team.
• Contributing positively to team meetings, participating in stocktakes, and engaging in productivity reviews to help us all improve.

Qualifications

We’re looking for a team player with the right attitude and capability. Here’s what will make you a great fit:

• Some experience in a warehouse or similar hands-on environment is beneficial, but we are also open to training motivated individuals eager to learn.
• Fantastic organisational skills and a keen eye for detail—getting things right the first time is important to us.
• A good level of physical fitness, as the role involves regular movement and handling items up to 15kg.
• Comfort using computers and a willingness to learn new software systems; intermediate computer skills will help you hit the ground running.
• Clear communication skills and a genuine team spirit—we succeed by working together.
• A positive, can-do attitude with the adaptability to find solutions when challenges arise.
• Full working rights in Australia are required for this position.
