Key Responsibilities
In this essential overnight role, you will be a crucial part of the order fulfillment process. Your core tasks will involve:
- Accurately picking items from shelves and packing customer orders for timely dispatch.
- Sorting and organising stock to maintain an efficient workflow throughout the warehouse.
- Performing regular stock counts and updating inventory logs to ensure accuracy.
- Using a handheld RF scanner to locate and verify products efficiently.
- Safely handling merchandise, including the manual loading and unloading of items weighing up to 23kg.
- Adhering to all safety and operational procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
Qualifications
We welcome applications from motivated individuals who are ready to work. The key requirements are:
- High reliability and a strong commitment to attending all scheduled night shifts.
- The ability to carefully follow set processes and safety instructions.
- Good physical fitness, as the role involves standing and moving for extended periods.
- Availability to commit to a night shift roster of four 10-hour shifts per week, including one weekend shift.
- Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia.
- While not mandatory, any prior experience in a warehouse, as a storeperson, or with material handling equipment is highly beneficial.
