Key Responsibilities
As a vital part of our Building and Grounds team, you will ensure our women’s locker room and laundry facilities are pristine and welcoming. Your daily focus will be on:
- Providing friendly, attentive service to members and guests.
- Collecting, washing, drying, and meticulously folding all towels and linens.
- Safely operating commercial washers, dryers, and other equipment.
- Maintaining strict cleanliness and organization in laundry and locker room areas.
- Restocking amenities such as towels, paper products, and toiletries.
- Assisting with general cleaning tasks and supporting team members to uphold our high standards throughout the facility.
Qualifications
We believe a great attitude and reliability are the most important qualities. Our ideal candidate will have:
- A strong work ethic, a positive demeanor, and a customer-focused approach.
- The physical capability to perform the role’s duties, including standing for most of the shift, bending, and regularly lifting up to 50 lbs.
- The ability to safely push and pull carts weighing up to 100 lbs.
- Comfort working in warm laundry room environments.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions carefully.
- While a high school diploma and prior experience in laundry or customer service are helpful, we are fully prepared to train the right person.
