Key Responsibilities
As a valued member of our factory team, you’ll play a hands-on role in our production process. Your tasks will include:
- Accurately measuring, weighing, and preparing ingredients according to precise recipes.
- Operating bakery equipment and following established procedures for cutting, shaping, and preparing products.
- Carefully packing, wrapping, and boxing finished goods for distribution, ensuring they meet our high presentation standards.
- Maintaining excellent hygiene and cleanliness in your work area, including routine cleaning of equipment and surfaces.
- Working collaboratively with your shift team to meet daily production goals efficiently and safely.
Qualifications
We believe the right attitude is just as important as experience. You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- A reliable, trustworthy, and dependable work ethic we count on our team.
- The ability to thrive in a consistent, process-oriented environment.
- Good numeracy skills for accurate measuring and counting.
- Physical fitness, with the capability to comfortably lift items up to 25kg and be on your feet for a shift.
- A team-player mindset, happy to collaborate and support colleagues.
- The commitment to work a consistent shift pattern (morning, afternoon, or night shifts available).
Previous experience in a production or factory setting is beneficial, but full training will be provided for motivated individuals eager to learn.
