Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our fabrication team, you will be involved in the complete creation process of our products. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Reading and interpreting work orders, diagrams, and templates to fabricate, assemble, and weld metal products to precise specifications using various welding techniques.
• Safely setting up and operating a range of fabrication shop machinery and equipment, such as saws, shears, press brakes, and rollers.
• Performing first-part inspections to ensure quality, accuracy, and functionality by checking products against shop floor order prints and specifications.
• Collaborating with the engineering department to troubleshoot part fit and assembly processes, suggesting adjustments to materials or prints when necessary.
• Maintaining a vigilant focus on safety by following all company policies and procedures and reporting any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately.

Qualifications

We are looking for a dependable and experienced fabricator who meets these essential requirements:

•  A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on metal fabrication experience.
• Core Skills: Must be proficient in welding and mechanical assembly, with the proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings to cut, fit, and weld materials accurately.
• Must be able to work a four-day workweek of 10-hour shifts (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM) and maintain a punctual, reliable attendance record for 40 hours per week.
•  The role requires moderate to heavy physical effort, including the ability to safely lift and carry over 50 pounds and stand/move about the facility regularly.
