Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the core cleaning and sanitation duties that keep our kitchen running. Your primary tasks will include:
- Collecting, washing, and sanitising all pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the dishwashing area, ensuring sinks and floors are clean, clear, and organised.
- Sweeping and mopping kitchen floors and other designated areas.
- Emptying trash and ensuring waste is disposed of properly at designated collection points.
- Working efficiently to support the flow of the kitchen during service periods.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role is someone with:
