Key Responsibilities
As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be a key part of our management team, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent guest experiences. Your duties will include:
- Overseeing shift operations, delegating tasks, and supporting both kitchen and front-of-house teams during busy periods.
- Training, coaching, and mentoring staff to uphold our high service standards.
- Assisting with staff scheduling and ensuring adequate shift coverage.
- Monitoring and enforcing strict food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Helping manage inventory, place supply orders, and reduce waste.
- Operating the POS system, handling cash, and completing accurate shift reports.
Qualifications

- A minimum of 6 months of proven supervisory experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
