Key Responsibilities
In this hands-on role, you will be central to daily warehouse operations. Your key duties will include:
- Safely and efficiently loading and unloading trucks using a 5-tonne forklift.
- Accurately stacking and racking pallets of milk powder and other goods.
- Confidently maneuvering your forklift in a busy warehouse setting.
- Tracking inventory and maintaining clear communication with drivers and fellow warehouse staff.
- Strictly adhering to all site-specific Health & Safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
To be successful, you will need:
- Proven experience as a Forklift Operator in a similar warehouse or logistics environment.
- The ability to confidently operate a 5-tonne forklift.
- A current OSH certificate and a full F Endorsement on your New Zealand driver’s licence.
- A strong, unwavering commitment to workplace safety.
- A reliable, punctual nature and the ability to work well within a team.
- The legal right to work in New Zealand at the time of application.
Please Note:Â Candidates residing outside of New Zealand cannot be considered for this role. A pre-employment drug test is a standard requirement for this position.
