Key Responsibilities
Your role will be focused on maintaining cleanliness to a high standard, with duties varying slightly based on your specific assignment (Outdoor-Indoor, Block, Clubhouse, Compound, or as a Floater). General responsibilities include:
- Performing thorough cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, wiping down surfaces, and waste disposal in your assigned area.
- Ensuring public and common areas, including walkways, lobbies, and facilities, are kept clean, tidy, and free of debris.
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Following daily checklists and schedules to maintain consistent service quality across all sites.
- Reporting any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
Qualifications
We welcome applicants who are:
- Punctual, responsible, and have a strong sense of duty.
- Able to perform physical tasks and work outdoors or indoors as required by the role.
- Willing to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Committed to a full-time schedule with a five-day work week.
No prior professional experience is strictly required, as on-the-job guidance will be provided. A positive attitude is essential.
