Key Responsibilities
As a Campus Cleaner, you will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Your daily duties will include:
- Performing thorough cleaning of restrooms in commercial, office, and residential campus settings, ensuring they are sanitary and well-stocked.
- Completing general cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, floor waxing, and vacuuming in assigned areas.
- Coordinating effectively with fellow cleaners to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to standard.
- Carrying out routine maintenance checks related to cleanliness and reporting any issues promptly.
- Adhering to a consistent work schedule of 5.5 to 6 days per week.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly with team members and site contacts.
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, proper health and safety standards for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Excellent time management and the ability to multitask while maintaining a high-quality standard of work.
Prior experience is beneficial but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
