Key Responsibilities
In this hands-on role, you’ll be trusted to manage your own jobs from start to finish. Your core duties will include:
- Performing high-quality automotive glass replacement and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
- Confidently driving and taking full responsibility for your assigned company van.
- Travelling to job sites across the greater Auckland region and beyond as required.
- Working efficiently and independently, ensuring every job meets our strict standards of workmanship.
- Providing friendly, professional service directly to customers, representing the Maverick brand with pride.
Qualifications
We’re looking for a capable and reliable professional who embodies a strong work ethic. The right person for our crew will have:
- At least 2 years of experience as a trained automotive glazier.
- A clean, full New Zealand driver’s licence.
- The physical ability and practical skill to handle all aspects of auto glazing work.
- The initiative and pride to work unsupervised and manage your own schedule effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Availability for the core schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, and every second Saturday from 9:30 am – 1:30 pm.
