We are seeking a nurturing and responsible individual to provide attentive, short-term care for children within a warm home environment. This unique role involves welcoming up to two children (aged 0-12+) into your own home for periods of one to six months, offering 24-hour care and stability during important transitional times for families.

Key Responsibilities
The caregiver will be responsible for the children’s complete daily care and well-being in a home-setting. Key duties include:
- Providing full 24-hour supervision and care, 7 days a week, including all Public Holidays.
- Creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing daily routine for the children.
- Managing a daily budget for child-related expenses, ensuring all needs for food, toiletries, and activities are met.
- Maintaining clear, accurate records and documentation regarding the children’s daily activities, health, and development.
- Ensuring the home environment meets all specified child-safety standards at all times.
Qualifications
We are looking for a dedicated individual who meets the following essential criteria:
- Medically fit and capable of caring for up to three children.
- Preferably has direct experience in caring for infants and young children (aged 0-6 years).
- Possesses a home that is fully child-proofed, including window grilles/limiters throughout.
- Is not engaged in external employment (home-based work is acceptable); ideal for committed stay-at-home parents or grandparents.
- Holds a minimum of ‘N’ Level educational qualifications.
- Can fully commit to the care period once selected and is able to maintain proper records.
Benefits and Perks
We support our caregivers in providing the best possible care. The role includes:
- A guaranteed minimum remuneration of $60 per day for caring for at least one child.
- A separate daily budget of $20 provided for all approved child-related expenses (food, transportation, milk powder, diapers, etc.).
- The allowance to take planned breaks from care, capped at 14 days per calendar year.
- Comprehensive guidelines, a clear list of approved expenses, and ongoing support throughout the care period.
