This full-time role is ideal for a reliable, hands-on professional who enjoys a varied workday, combining property maintenance with safe driving services. You will play a key support role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of our diplomatic mission, contributing directly to our work in fostering bilateral relations.

Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will be diverse, ensuring the functionality and professionalism of our embassy’s operations. Key duties include:
- Performing maintenance and basic repairs across the embassy’s premises (e.g., minor sanitary, joinery, painting, air-conditioning checks).
- Assembling and dismantling furniture, monitoring technical equipment, and overseeing work done by external contractors.
- Purchasing office supplies, running errands, and handling office-related messenger duties.
- Providing safe and punctual driving services for embassy personnel and official guests, maintaining a driver’s logbook.
- Ensuring the embassy vehicles are clean, serviced, and in good repair.
Qualifications
We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented individual with the following profile:
- Proven everyday handyman skills and several years of local driving experience in Singapore.
- A valid full driver’s licence, excellent local navigation skills, and a safe driving record.
- Good command of spoken and written English; German language skills are an advantage.
- Strong organisational ability, service awareness, and impeccable manners.
- High levels of discretion, reliability, diligence, and the ability to work flexibly within a team.
- Must meet all Singapore employment and residence law requirements.

- A locally competitive remuneration package SGD 3K–SGD 3.3K a month based on customary terms in Singapore.
