Key Responsibilities
You will have direct command and responsibility for the vessel’s daily operations. Your core duties will include:
- Safely and competently operating the crew boat, prioritising the safety of all passengers and crew at all times.
- Performing routine maintenance and upkeep to ensure the vessel remains in excellent working condition.
- Ensuring full compliance with all Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) regulations and other statutory requirements.
- Strictly following the company’s established safety guidelines, procedures, and operational protocols.
Qualifications
We are looking for a dedicated Singaporean national who meets the following essential criteria:
- A valid MPA Helmsman/Steersman/Engine Driver (Port Limit) Certificate.
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience operating a crew boat.
- A well-organised, punctual, and reliable work ethic.
- The ability and willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as required.
- Possession of basic survival skills is a significant advantage.
