- Helping to lead and motivate a diverse team, providing clear direction and maintaining structured, disciplined operations.
- Upholding and championing all safety, quality control (QA), and training protocols on the production floor.
- Monitoring production and dispatch schedules, identifying potential bottlenecks, and contributing to solutions that keep everything running smoothly.
Qualifications
We value attitude and aptitude as much as formal qualifications. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in a fast-paced production environment; a background in commercial laundry or a similar industry is a significant advantage.

- Excellent communication skills and a high attention to detail, especially regarding quality control.
- The ability to promote a safe, supportive, and positive work culture.
- Resourcefulness, flexibility, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A Certificate III in Management or a similar qualification is beneficial, but a demonstrated willingness to learn and lead is paramount.

- Comprehensive, hands-on training in leadership and all aspects of commercial laundry operations.
- A competitive remuneration package in line with the Dry Cleaning and Laundry Industry Award, commensurate with your skills and experience.
