Key Responsibilities
You will be a key member of our installations team, responsible for bringing complex, custom-designed staircases to life on site.
- Install bespoke timber staircases to exact specifications and technical drawings, ensuring the highest standards of finish and structural integrity.
- Read and interpret detailed plans, take accurate site measurements, and troubleshoot any installation challenges with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Train, mentor, and work alongside apprentices, sharing your expertise and upholding our company standards.
- Maintain safe, clean, and organised worksites and participate in regular team toolbox meetings.
Qualifications
We are looking for a qualified tradesperson with proven experience and a commitment to quality.
- A qualified Carpenter with a Certificate III and completed apprenticeship.
- 2-3+ years of proven experience in carpentry/joinery, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality finish work. Experience in staircase installation is highly advantageous.
- The ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
- A current White Card and a valid driver’s licence.
- Your own reliable tools of the trade.
