Key Responsibilities
You will be an essential part of our daily operations, learning the ropes of high-tech farming and ensuring our produce meets the highest standards.
- Participate in comprehensive on-the-job training to master modern farming techniques within our state-of-the-art greenhouse.
- Learn to operate and assist with basic farm equipment and systems, such as irrigation and climate controls, under guided supervision.
- Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) to ensure crop health and quality.
- Assist with key cultivation tasks, including planting, maintenance, harvesting, and packaging of fresh produce.
- Maintain excellent cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the work areas, tools, and facilities to comply with strict food safety protocols.
- Adhere to all workplace safety and health regulations to ensure a secure environment for yourself and the team.
