Key Responsibilities

As a Flower Technician, you will be hands-on with the product at a critical stage, ensuring quality and compliance every step of the way.

  • Perform detailed hand assembly tasks including precise trimming, weighing, packaging, and stickering of cannabis flower, adhering to strict quality standards.
  • Harvest, hang, and organize product by strain and batch. Periodically rotate barrels and boxes to ensure a consistent and proper drying-curing process.
  • Accurately weigh and record waste to comply with state tracking regulations. Keep all work areas, tools, and equipment impeccably clean and organized.
  • Follow all safety protocols, wear required PPE, and strictly adhere to Missouri Medical Marijuana (MO MMJ) guidelines. Seek manager guidance for any uncertain situations.

Qualifications

We are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to a team-focused environment.

  • You must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a criminal background check as per state regulations.
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred, but not required if you have a strong willingness to learn.
  • Excellent attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow precise instructions related to weights, measurements, and processes.
  • The physical capability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs (100 lbs with assistance), and work in a greenhouse environment with temperatures consistently above 75°F.
  • A basic understanding and respect for cannabis laws and regulations is important. Previous agricultural, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is a plus but not essential full training is provided.
