Key Responsibilities
As a Fulfillment Operator, you will manage the final stage of the order process, ensuring seamless handoff to our couriers with zero errors.
- Accurately pack, label, and stage outgoing orders based on invoices received from the Vault Manager, maintaining an impeccably organized workstation to prevent any mix-ups.
- Verify all packages scheduled for daily pickup, directly liaise with couriers to confirm quantities, and immediately escalate any discrepancies to management before shipment leaves the facility.
- Strictly follow all required PPE protocols, safety policies, and state cannabis regulations in every task. Handle all products with care and caution.
- Assist with general cleaning, dishwashing, and other tasks as directed by management to support overall facility efficiency and cleanliness.
Qualifications
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who is reliable, physically capable, and eager to contribute to a team.
- You must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a criminal background check per state regulations.
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred; previous experience in shipping, warehouse, or manufacturing is an advantage but not required.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills are mandatory for this precision-focused role.
- The physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs (100 lbs with assistance), and perform repetitive motions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely, work independently, and be flexible to assist in other areas as needed.
- A basic understanding and respect for state cannabis laws and regulations is important.
