Key Responsibilities

You will be the technical troubleshooter and problem-solver, ensuring the electrical and electronic heart of our manufacturing process beats strong and steady.

  • Troubleshoot, repair, install, and modify highly technical printing, binding, PLC, CNC, and robotic equipment to maximize uptime and efficiency.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair AC-DC motors, and work safely with high-voltage systems including 480 VAC 3-phase power.
  • Gather feedback from other departments, analyze machine performance, and contribute ideas to improve equipment reliability and manufacturing processes.
  • Work in a manner that prioritizes your safety and that of your co-workers at all times, adhering to our core safety-first culture.

Qualifications

We are looking for a proficient electrician with strong diagnostic skills and experience in complex industrial systems.

  • Proven proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Experience with industrial controls, including relay logic circuits, AC-DC motors, and 480 VAC 3-phase power systems.
  • The ability to read and interpret electrical prints, schematics, and technical diagrams is required.
  • Knowledge of PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Lenze) and frequency drives is highly beneficial.
  • A strong work ethic, a collaborative team mindset, and a commitment to safety and quality are essential.
