Key Responsibilities
- Perform complete, top-to-bottom cleanings of vacation homes after each guest departure, following our detailed checklists.
- Clean and sanitize all rooms, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas, ensuring no detail is missed.
- Strip, replace, and make all beds with fresh linens; manage laundry for properties with on-site washer/dryers as required.
- Use your smartphone to confirm job schedules, track your work, and report any maintenance issues or damages via our app.
- Restock essential guest supplies (e.g., toilet paper, soap, towels) as per the property list.
- Maintain and transport your own cleaning supplies and equipment (a monthly allowance is provided).
- Travel reliably between assigned properties within Innsbrook Resort.
Qualifications
Who We’re Looking For:
- A self-motivated, dependable individual with a strong eye for detail and a pride in their work.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and follow specific cleaning protocols.
- Must have reliable personal transportation to travel between properties within the resort.
- Must have a smartphone or tablet to use our scheduling and reporting app.
- Availability on Sundays and Mondays is essential, especially during peak season, to accommodate guest turnover.
- Previous professional cleaning experience is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are most important.
