Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks as outlined in the client contract, including emptying all trash and recycling bins.
- Dust, wipe, and spot clean all surfaces, including desks, furniture, and fixtures.
- Vacuum carpets and mop/wet mop hard floor surfaces in designated areas.
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms: disinfect fixtures, clean mirrors, restock supplies, and clean floors.
- Perform basic security checks by ensuring lights are off and doors are locked when leaving an area.
- Maintain janitorial closets, keeping them clean, organized, and stocked.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or suspicious activity to the supervisor promptly.
Qualifications
What You’ll Need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
- Must have reliable personal transportation to ensure consistent, on-time attendance.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, bending, lifting, and pushing/pulling cleaning carts.
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check and a drug screening, as required by our client contract.
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions and work independently.
