Key Responsibilities
As a Lead Operator, you will play a hands-on role in our daily production success. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Operating and monitoring semiconductor manufacturing equipment to complete assigned production missions efficiently.
- Achieving daily output targets while strictly adhering to all quality control standards and specifications.
- Proactively maintaining a high-safety work environment by following all established protocols and procedures.
- Performing basic equipment troubleshooting and reporting any irregularities to your supervisor promptly.
- Accurately documenting production data and ensuring your work area is organized and compliant with cleanroom standards.
- Supporting your team leader in ensuring smooth shift operations and mentoring newer team members where applicable.
Qualifications
We are looking for a reliable and quality-focused individual with the following background:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 0 to 3 years of experience in a semiconductor manufacturing or related high-tech production environment is preferred.
- A strong sense of responsibility and a meticulous attention to detail.
- The ability to follow complex procedures precisely and maintain a focus on safety at all times.
- Good teamwork skills and the willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment.
