As a Forklift Operator on our night shift, you will be a key player in our logistics, using onboard systems to manage inventory and keep our production lines moving. Your Key Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be the safe and efficient operation of equipment to support our nightly operations.

  • Safely operate a sit-down motorized forklift to load/unload trucks and transfer pallets of finished goods from production lines to warehouse locations.
  • Navigate and follow instructions from the onboard Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure accurate product placement and retrieval.
  • Plan material movements by reviewing production schedules to deliver supplies where and when they are needed.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in production areas by tracking usage and reporting any discrepancies immediately.
  • Clear production areas by moving finished goods and empty pallets, keeping workspaces safe and organized.
  • Perform routine equipment checks and basic preventive maintenance, reporting any mechanical issues promptly.
  • Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, constantly watching for foot traffic and potential hazards in a busy warehouse environment.
  • Document all movements and complete necessary logs for supplies, materials, and finished goods.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

We are looking for reliable candidates who meet the following requirements.

  • A valid forklift certification is required.
  • Proven ability to safely operate a sit-down motorized forklift in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
  • Basic competency to navigate within a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • A strong safety-first mindset and the ability to work independently during night shifts.
  • Preferred (but not required): 2+ years of experience in a similar manufacturing/warehouse role and/or an Associate’s degree.
