Key Responsibilities

As a Hotel Cleaner, you will be essential to the daily presentation of our hotel. Your core duties will include:

  • Ensuring all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, and lounges, are kept clean, orderly, and presentable at all times.
  • Performing routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, dusting furniture, and cleaning public restrooms.
  • Restocking guest amenities in washrooms, including soap, toilet paper, and hand towels.
  • Maintaining strict personal grooming and hygiene standards, and wearing the assigned uniform (black long pants and black shoes) during your shift.
  • Responding to specific guest-related requests as directed by your supervisor.
  • Supporting the team with any additional tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications

We are looking for reliable team players who meet the following requirements:

  • Must be physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties, including standing for long periods during a 12-hour shift.
  • Possess a strong attention to detail and a cooperative attitude to work well with colleagues.
  • Able to adhere to the uniform policy of wearing black long pants and black shoes.
  • No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive onboarding and training will be provided to all new team members.
