Key Responsibilities
As a qualified painter with our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-standard work on commercial projects. Your duties will include:
- Performing professional painting and surface preparation on a variety of commercial sites.
- Working safely and efficiently both as part of a team and independently.
- Adhering strictly to all safety protocols, site rules, and quality standards.
- Operating equipment such as EWPs (Elevating Work Platforms) where certified.
- Ensuring a clean, organized worksite and maintaining tools and equipment.
Qualifications
We are looking for qualified painters who meet the following criteria:
- Trade Certificate in Painting and Decorating is required.
- A current Construction Induction Safety Card (White Card) is mandatory.
- Working at Heights and EWP (Elevating Work Platform) accreditation are highly regarded.
- Must have a reliable vehicle and driver’s licence for travel to various Sunshine Coast sites.
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment and autonomously.
- A strong focus on safety, quality, and professionalism.
