Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for the structural integrity and quality of our custom-fabricated vessels. Your primary duties will include:
- Performing high-quality plastic welding and fabrication on industrial tanks and linings.
- Interpreting complex blueprints and technical drawings to ensure precision in every build.
- Operating state-of-the-art fabrication equipment and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.
- Collaborating with the production team to meet tight deadlines for custom industrial orders.
- Assisting with general labor and production tasks as needed to keep the facility running smoothly.
- Participating in specialized training to master new welding technologies and equipment.
Qualifications
We are looking for hardworking candidates who are ready to start work immediately. To join our team, you will need:
- Experience: Previous background in plastic welding, steel welding (MIG-TIG), or general fabrication.
- Willingness to Learn: We are ready to train experienced MIG-TIG welders who want to transition into plastic welding.
- Documentation: A valid Missouri Driver’s License is required.
- Safety First: Candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints and a solid understanding of fabrication principles.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work full-time plus available overtime.
