Key Responsibilities
You will play a key support role in our home, ensuring our residents enjoy the comfort and hygiene of well-maintained linen. Your primary duties will include:
- Ensuring all daily laundry requirements for the home are met efficiently and to a high standard each shift.
- Working collaboratively as part of a close-knit team, demonstrating a helpful and positive team spirit.
- Completing all necessary reporting and documentation in line with Regis policies and procedures.
- Delivering excellent, respectful service in every interaction.
- Engaging with residents in a consistently friendly, helpful, and warm manner.
Qualifications
We are looking for a reliable and caring individual to join our team. You will be a great fit if you have:
- Previous experience in a commercial laundry or similar role.
- The ability to manage your time effectively to complete set tasks within given timeframes.
- A respectful, team-oriented attitude and a commitment to quality.
- Experience within the aged care sector is highly regarded, but a genuine desire to contribute to our residents’ wellbeing is most important.
Please note: To work in our residential aged care home, you will need to provide satisfactory background checks, including an NDIS check, proof of your current flu vaccination, and any required certifications.
