Key Responsibilities
For Supervisor-Assistant Supervisor Roles:
- Supervise, schedule, and support cleaning teams across various client sites, ensuring efficient deployment and high-quality service.
- Conduct regular site inspections, provide feedback, and perform hands-on cleaning or machine operation as needed for coverage or deep cleans.
- Train, guide, and motivate cleaners, manage client communication, and troubleshoot on-site issues promptly.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety procedures and cleaning SOPs, and maintain equipment and supplies.
For Cleaner Floater Role:
- Perform daily cleaning duties at various assigned sites, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to travel.
- Support team coverage and maintain consistent cleaning standards wherever deployed.
Qualifications
For Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor:
- At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in cleaning/facilities is preferred, but candidates with strong leadership potential and no experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Must be able to travel to multiple sites. A Class 3 or 2 driving licence is a strong advantage (company van provided/transport reimbursed).
- Physically fit, able to operate cleaning machinery, and available for after-hours urgent support.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage a diverse team.
For Cleaner Floater:
- Reliable, willing to travel to different sites daily.
- A Class 3 or 2 driving licence is an advantage.
