Key Responsibilities
You will be the face of TCI, ensuring timely and friendly delivery of essential products to our restaurant customers.
- Safely operate a Class D box truck on a multi-stop delivery route, handling freight as needed (“touch freight”).
- Deliver bread products to well-known restaurant chain locations according to the daily schedule.
- Load and unload the truck, collect trays from previous deliveries, and ensure accurate product handling.
- Use a provided tablet for electronic delivery tracking and confirmations (full training provided).
- Interact in a friendly and professional manner with store managers and staff at each stop.
Qualifications
We require experienced drivers who meet our strict safety and employment verification standards.
- A minimum of 12 months of verifiable box truck driving experience within the last 2 years is required.
- Must have a satisfactory driving record that meets TCI’s safety and insurance criteria.
- Must provide satisfactory employment verifications for the past 3 years.
- A professional demeanor, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Must be able to handle the physical demands of the job, including loading-unloading and moving product.
