Key Responsibilities
As the face of our company on the road, you will be responsible for the safety and satisfaction of our passengers. Your main duties will include:
- Safely and responsibly operating passenger transport vehicles, strictly complying with all traffic laws and company protocols.
- Transporting tourists to various destinations, hotels, and attractions, following established routes and itineraries with punctuality.
- Providing friendly, professional, and kind customer service, being a host on wheels for our visitors.
- Performing basic vehicle maintenance, ensuring it is clean, fueled, and in optimal operating condition before each service.
- Immediately reporting any incidents, vehicle damage, or maintenance needs to supervision.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of routes in San Juan and nearby areas to ensure efficiency and reliability.
Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you must meet the following requirements:
- A valid driver’s license in Puerto Rico and a good driving record.
- A current certification to operate passenger transport vehicles in Puerto Rico (mandatory requirement).
- Availability for full-time work according to operational schedules (part-time and contract modalities are also offered).
- Punctuality, responsibility, and a professional attitude at all times.
- Prior experience driving passenger vehicles is preferred, but not exclusive.
- Knowledge of routes in San Juan and its surrounding areas.
- A Tour Guide License is considered an additional advantage.
