Key Responsibilities
As a Bell Attendant, you will be the ambassador of our hotel’s welcoming spirit. Your primary duties will include:
- Providing a gracious and warm welcome to arriving guests, escorting them to their rooms, and explaining room features and hotel amenities.
- Safely transporting guest luggage to and from rooms, the lobby, and vehicles, handling items with the utmost care.
- Assisting guests with loading and unloading luggage from vehicles and providing directions or information about local attractions.
- Arranging transportation such as taxis or private cars for guests and managing related requests.
- Maintaining a constant presence in the lobby area, offering assistance, and ensuring a secure environment.
- Upholding the highest standards of personal appearance and professional communication at all times.
- Performing physical tasks such as moving, lifting, and carrying luggage (up to 50 lbs independently, over 75 lbs with assistance) and moving quickly to respond to guest needs.

- No prior related work experience, supervisory experience, or specific certifications are required. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. We provide comprehensive training in The Ritz-Carlton’s legendary service standards.
