Key Responsibilities
As a Bell Attendant, you will be an ambassador of Sheraton’s welcoming spirit. Your primary duties will include:
- Providing a gracious and warm welcome to arriving and departing guests, escorting them to their rooms, and explaining room features and hotel services.
- Safely transporting guest luggage to and from rooms, the lobby, and vehicles, handling items with the utmost care (lifting up to 50 lbs independently).
- Assisting guests with loading and unloading luggage from vehicles and providing clear directions or recommendations for local attractions and activities.
- Arranging transportation such as taxis or private cars for guests and managing related requests.
- Maintaining a vigilant and helpful presence at the hotel entrance, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment.
- Upholding the highest standards of personal appearance and professional, clear communication at all times.
- Performing physical tasks such as standing/walking for extended periods and moving quickly to respond to guest needs across various surfaces.
Qualifications

- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, pre-opening environment that values collaboration.
- No prior related work experience, supervisory experience, or specific certifications are required. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. We provide comprehensive training in Sheraton’s service standards.
