Key Responsibilities
In this versatile role, you will manage the heartbeat of the hotel’s infrastructure. Your daily mission includes:
- Responding promptly to guest repair requests with a friendly, professional greeting that meets our 2026 company standards.
- Monitoring our Property Management System (PMS) for new maintenance tickets and providing detailed updates once tasks are completed.
- Troubleshooting and repairing essential guest room equipment, including HVAC units, AC ducts, lamps, and other electrical fixtures.
- Performing critical upkeep in public areas and guest rooms, such as unclogging drains, plunging toilets, and repairing various types of hardware.
- Anticipating guest needs by identifying and fixing potential issues before they impact the guest experience.
- Ensuring all repairs are durable, safe, and executed with high-quality workmanship to maintain our hotel’s reputation.
