Key Responsibilities
You will be the heart of our daily operations, wearing many hats to keep the cafe running smoothly. Your duties will include:
- Preparing simple Western dishes, snacks, and beverages, ensuring quality and consistency with every order.
- Operating the coffee machine with pride, crafting excellent drinks for our customers (training provided).
- Providing outstanding customer service as a Cashier and Server, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Managing opening and closing procedures for the cafe.
- Being an engaged, comfortable, and friendly presence around dogs and cats of all sizes, which includes handling occasional clean-up duties.
- Assisting with basic inventory management, kitchen cleanliness, and maintaining our high standards of hygiene throughout the venue.
- Fostering our positive, team-oriented work culture every day.
Qualifications
The most important qualification is a genuine love for animals. Beyond that, we’re looking for:
- A true passion for the F and B industry and a proven ability to deliver excellent customer experiences.
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn; experience in simple cooking or as a barista is an advantage, but full training will be provided for the right person.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- The flexibility and ability to stand in for all front-of-house and basic kitchen roles.
- This is non-negotiable: You must have a strong love for dogs and cats and be completely comfortable spending your day around them.
