Key Responsibilities
You will play a key role in upholding our high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Your daily duties will include:
- Maintaining excellent hygiene and sanitation across all customer-facing areas, including the café and activity base.
- Performing day-to-day cleaning tasks to ensure all spaces are immaculate and free of rubbish.
- Communicating effectively with the team regarding any issues or equipment needs.
- Actively participating in our Health and Safety system and adhering to all company policies.
- Supporting the Operations Manager in delivering a high-quality product and guest service.
- Contributing to a positive team atmosphere and demonstrating a friendly, can-do attitude.
Qualifications
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic individual who brings:
- A strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a supportive team.
- A friendly, trustworthy, and honest nature with high personal standards of presentation and hygiene.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- A positive, responsible, and committed work ethic.
- Must be available to work a 7-day rotating roster.
- A proven record of excellent work attendance.
