Key Responsibilities
As the primary cleaner for our hire fleet, you will be responsible for maintaining our high standards of presentation and hygiene. Your core duties will include:
- Ensuring the timely and thorough cleaning of all hire assets, including transportable buildings, verandas, and ablution blocks.
- Conducting detailed pre-hire and post-hire cleanliness inspections to guarantee every unit meets our strict standards.
- Accurately reporting on the condition of assets, noting any issues for our operations team.
- Managing and upholding safety standards throughout all cleaning processes.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment, including our on-site offices and buildings.
Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for a proactive and diligent team player with:
- Proven experience in cleaning, with a strong preference for candidates familiar with hire buildings, construction site facilities, or similar environments.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage your own schedule efficiently.
- Excellent time management, allowing you to meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
- A keen eye for detail and a genuine commitment to delivering work of a high standard.
- A reliable, safety-conscious attitude and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
