Key Responsibilities
Your core responsibility is to be the reliable link in our service chain. Day-to-day, you will:
- Safely and efficiently complete delivery runs across Sydney Metro and, where available, on intra or interstate routes.
- Handle a variety of freight, including forklift on/off, loose loads, and manual retail unloads.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service at every point of contact.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule, maintaining our high standards.
Qualification
To join our team, you’ll need:
- A current MR (Medium Rigid) licence or higher. Candidates with a Car licence and proven courier experience will also be considered.
- A strong customer service ethic and a professional manner.
- Good physical fitness, as the role involves regular manual handling.
- Reliability and a strong focus on safety.
While not essential, it’s a plus if you have:
- Previous experience as a carrier or courier.
- We have casual roles available immediately, with the potential to move to full-time for the right person.
