Key Responsibilities
You’ll be the expert on-site, trusted to deliver our signature standard of work. Your day will involve:
- Performing a range of exterior cleaning services, including soft washing for houses, roof treatments, and high-pressure washing for decks, paths, and cladding.
- Carrying out detailed window and gutter cleaning to complete the property’s finished look.
- Safely and confidently operating all professional cleaning equipment and vehicles.
- Managing your own worksite efficiently, ensuring it remains clean, professional, and safe at all times.
- Providing friendly, direct service to our clients, answering questions and ensuring their complete satisfaction.
- Strictly adhering to all health and safety protocols, especially when working at heights.
Qualifications
To succeed in this hands-on role, you’ll need:
- Proven, hands-on experience in exterior cleaning (1-2 years or more is ideal).
- Confidence working independently, managing your time and jobs effectively from start to finish.
- A strong eye for detail you know the job isn’t done until it’s done right.
- Practical skill and confidence in using pressure washers, water-fed poles, and other industry equipment.
- A full, clean New Zealand driver’s licence.
- Reliability, a strong motivation to do excellent work, and the physical fitness required for the role.
