What You Will Be Doing
- You will work on a variety of residential and commercial painting projects, applying your skills to deliver quality results.
- You will prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and patching as needed.
- You will paint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment with attention to detail and a steady hand.
- You will work safely on ladders and follow all safety guidelines.
- You will collaborate with your crew members, maintaining a positive, team-first attitude.
- You will keep job sites clean and organized throughout each project.
- You will communicate professionally with customers when needed.
- You will drive to job sites in and around Longmont using your reliable transportation.
What We Are Looking For
- You have at least one year of proven painting experience.
- You care about quality and take pride in your work.

- You are comfortable working on ladders and following safety protocols.
- You have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
