Key Responsibilities
In this hands-on role, you will be central to the smooth operation of our warehouse. Your key duties will include:
- Safely operating a forklift (preferably high-reach) for loading, unloading, and stock movement.
- Accurately performing manual pick and pack operations for orders and dispatches.
- Assisting with general warehouse duties such as receiving goods, stocktaking, and maintaining a clean, organised storage area.
- Completing basic data entry and paperwork related to inventory and dispatches.
- Occasionally assisting with local deliveries to job sites using a company vehicle.
- Participating in training to understand all aspects of our warehouse processes and product ranges.
Qualifications
We are looking for a team-oriented individual with a solid warehouse background. The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in a warehouse or stores environment, with strong skills in pick/pack, dispatch, and receiving.
- A current forklift licence (LF) with experience, preferably on a high-reach.
- A reliable, hard-working attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit team.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry tasks.
- A physical capability for manual handling and lifting as required.
- A willingness to learn and be trained in all facets of our warehouse operation.
- A current driver’s licence is advantageous for potential delivery duties.
