Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our production team, you will contribute directly to our manufacturing excellence. Your core duties will include:

• Performing a variety of manual handling and assembly tasks at different workstations to build transformer sub-assemblies and finished products.
• Safely operating basic machinery, hand tools, and power tools as required for specific assembly processes.
• Carefully following work instructions, engineering drawings, and quality guidelines to ensure every product meets our high standards.
• Actively contributing to a safe, clean, and organized factory environment for yourself and your teammates.
• Participating in team meetings and safety discussions, always adhering to our strict safety protocols and procedures.
• Supporting production goals by maintaining focus on both quality and efficiency in all tasks.

• Prior experience in production, manufacturing, or assembly is beneficial but not essential we provide comprehensive training.
• A current forklift licence is also an advantage but not a requirement to apply.
