Key Responsibilities
As a key member of our production team, you will contribute directly to our manufacturing excellence. Your core duties will include:
- Performing a variety of manual handling and assembly tasks at different workstations to build transformer sub-assemblies and finished products.
- Safely operating basic machinery, hand tools, and power tools as required for specific assembly processes.
- Carefully following work instructions, engineering drawings, and quality guidelines to ensure every product meets our high standards.
- Actively contributing to a safe, clean, and organized factory environment for yourself and your teammates.
- Participating in team meetings and safety discussions, always adhering to our strict safety protocols and procedures.
- Supporting production goals by maintaining focus on both quality and efficiency in all tasks.

- A current forklift licence is also an advantage but not a requirement to apply.
