 Key Responsibilities

As a vital part of the production team, your role will be hands-on and varied. Your daily tasks will include:

• Operating production machinery such as filling machines, case packers, and palletizing robots.
• Assisting with general line duties, including sorting, quality control checks, and packing finished products.
• Managing damaged or wasted product efficiently to maintain smooth production flow.
• Performing accurate product batching and packing operations.
• Maintaining excellent cleanliness and hygiene standards on the production line and equipment.

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for reliable individuals with a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous factory or production line experience is beneficial, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are most important.
• Physical fitness and the ability to repetitively lift up to 25 kg.
• A reliable, honest nature and the ability to work well as part of a diverse, close-knit team.
• A proactive approach to safety and cleanliness.
• The right to work in New Zealand.
