Key Responsibilities
Your role will be essential to the daily rhythm and cleanliness of our dairy operation. Key duties include:
- Performing general barn work to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient environment for the cattle.
- Assisting with collecting and moving cows as needed for milking, health checks, or pen changes.
- Maintaining high standards of barn hygiene through regular cleaning, bedding management, and manure handling.
- Supporting the overall animal care routines and observing cattle for any signs of concern.
- Working collaboratively with the farm team to support the operation of robotic and automated systems.
Qualifications
We are looking for a dependable individual who is eager to learn and contribute to our farm’s success.
- A positive attitude, strong reliability, and a willingness to perform physically demanding tasks are essential.
- Previous experience working with livestock, particularly cattle, is a significant advantage.
