Key Responsibilities
In this dynamic role, you will be involved in various stages of the production line. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Performing hands-on production duties such as assembling, sorting, washing, and preparing food products.
- Carefully packing finished goods into trays, bags, or cartons, ensuring they meet presentation standards.
- Thoroughly cleaning and sanitising equipment, tools, and your work area to maintain strict hygiene protocols.
- Following all documented food safety and workplace health & safety procedures without exception.
- Working collaboratively with your team to achieve daily production targets efficiently and safely.
- Supporting general production activities and adapting to different tasks as required by the shift.
Qualifications
We are looking for reliable individuals with a great attitude. You will be a good fit if you have:
- A strong focus on quality and a keen eye for detail in everything you do.
- A positive, team-oriented mindset and a reliable work ethic.
- An understanding of the importance of basic safety and hygiene in a workplace.
- The physical fitness to be on your feet for a shift and perform repetitive tasks.
- A willingness to learn new processes and adapt to a busy production environment.
Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or a similar process-driven role is beneficial, but not essential as full training is provided.
