Key Responsibilities
As the face of our parts department, you will play a key role in supporting our customers and technicians. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers professionally and assisting them in identifying the correct parts and accessories for their needs.
- Processing sales transactions and handling customer inquiries or issues promptly and accurately.
- Assisting with inventory management—stocking shelves, receiving shipments, and maintaining an organized parts environment.
- Locating and retrieving parts for customers and our service technicians efficiently.
- Coordinating with suppliers on special orders and ensuring accurate part numbers and pricing.
- Supporting various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
Qualifications
We are looking for a reliable team player with a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and solid organizational abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency.
