Key Responsibilities
This is a physically active role where you’ll be essential to daily operations. Your core tasks will include:
- Safely operating a forklift for loading, unloading, and moving stock.
- Working efficiently in chiller and freezer environments to manage temperature-controlled goods.
- Accurately pick packing customer orders for dispatch.
- Manual handling of boxes and bags, with some items weighing up to 25kg.
- Assisting with general warehouse duties to ensure a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications
To thrive in this position, you will need:
- A current OSH Forklift License this is essential.
- Previous warehouse experience, particularly in dispatch or a fast-paced environment.
- The physical ability to perform manual handling tasks and work in cold storage areas.
- A strong focus on safety and reliability.
- The right to work in New Zealand with a valid work or residency visa.
- Availability for an immediate start is highly regarded.
